How long does a typical project take?

  • Roofing takes 1 day for the average home.

  • Widows take 2-2.5 days for the average home.

  • Siding typically takes 1 week for the average home.

  • Decking typically takes 1 week.

  • Custom-built sunrooms take 4-5 weeks.

Project timelines can vary based on the scope and complexity of each project. During the initial planning phase, we provide a projected timeline to give you a clear understanding of the expected duration before you commit to the project. We understand the importance of timely completion, and unless there are unforeseen circumstances, such as material backorders, we are dedicated to adhering to the agreed-upon timeline. Open communication and transparency are key throughout the entire process.

Should I invest in quality materials (windows, roofing, siding, etc.)?

Investing in quality materials for windows, roofing, siding, and other construction elements is crucial for several reasons. High-quality materials not only enhance the aesthetics of your property but also contribute to its durability and longevity. Quality materials offer better resistance to harsh weather conditions, reducing the risk of damage and the need for frequent repairs. Moreover, they often come with longer warranties, providing added protection and peace of mind. Choosing quality materials is an investment in the overall value and sustainability of your construction project, ensuring lasting beauty and performance.

How do I know when I need a new roof?

Several signs indicate the need for a new roof. If you notice missing or damaged or curled shingles, leaks in the attic after heavy rain, or if your roof is approaching its expected lifespan, it may be time for a replacement. Additionally, sagging or uneven areas, as well as excessive granule loss in gutters, can be indicators of roofing issues. Our experienced team can conduct a thorough inspection to assess the condition of your roof and provide professional advice on whether repair or replacement is the best course of action. Regular roof maintenance and timely intervention can extend the lifespan of your roof and prevent more extensive issues down the line.
